What We Do...

The Roof Reinforcer makes sure your roof structure is strong enough to support your rooftop HVAC equipment.

We will provide any or all of the following services:

Structural Analysis

TR2 will perform calculations to determine if your roof structure will safely support your proposed RTU HVAC equipment.  

Structural Survey

We will send a team to perform a commercial roof inspection and obtain measurements sufficient to perform the structural analysis.

Structural Reports

At TR2, we will produce a report sufficient for the Building Department to issue a permit for your RTU HVAC upgrade.

Structural Design

We will produce engineering, drawings and specifications for the reinforcement of the roof structure to support your rooftop HVAC equipment

Install Reinforcements

TR2 can provide labor and materials for the installation of roof reinforcements or assist your preferred contractor for the HVAC upgrade.
